What we collect
When you contact us, request a quote or book an IT health check, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, company, location and message. Client portal users also have account details, support tickets and related messages stored.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, provide and invoice our services, and support you through the client portal. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
How we protect it
Information is stored in access-controlled systems. Portal passwords are stored in hashed form, and only authorised Techdistros staff can see enquiries, tickets and financial documents.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we use to run our business (for example email delivery and hosting), and only as needed to provide our services, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it's processed. Email info@techdistros.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

We use Google Tag Manager to understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.
